How do I place an order?

You can email me at clarissabakesitall513@gmail.com to place an order or through Facebook Messenger. Please refrain from sending messages via Instagram as they disappear often!

Do you ship your cookies?

No. According to Ohio’s Cottage Laws, I cannot ship my cookies. I only offer pick-up in the Forest Park area or Covedale on the West Side of Cincinnati.

How much notice do you need?

Depending on the size of the order, I ask for at least 2 weeks' notice. For orders larger than 2 dozen, I ask for at least a month. The sooner you know, the better!

Do you make character cookies?

I do not accept orders for copyrighted/trademarked characters. Any that you have seen in the gallery have all been for practice/photos and have not been sold. Instead, I can make sets based off of the characters using similar colors and themes.

How long will the cookies stay fresh for?

Each cookie is individually heat-sealed in a cellophane bag and if kept out of the sun and out of the fridge, they will last for up to 2 weeks. You can freeze them as well by keeping them in their bags, standing them up on their sides (do not stack them) in a freezer-safe container, then placing them in the freezer. The night before you are ready to enjoy the cookies, place the container on the counter and DO NOT OPEN until the morning of the event.

Do you offer nut-free/gluten-free options?

Gluten and nuts are present in my home kitchen so none of my products are nut-free or gluten-free. While I do offer my sugar cookies without almond oil or gluten, they are not recommended for anyone with an allergy. I am not responsible for any allergy-related reactions.

What flavors do you offer?

My standard is the traditional sugar cookie flavor with vanilla bean and almond oil. Occasionally I offer limited flavors such as chocolate, lemon, s’mores, and more. Keep an eye out on social media for when these limited batches go on sale!

Do you offer bulk discounts?

No I do not.

What about cancellations/refunds?

Refunds are not offered unless a serious issue has occurred, which will be determined by the baker. If the baker has not started the order at the time of the cancellation request, a 50% refund will be given. If the baker has started on the order at the time of cancellation, no refund will be given.
